E7-4 Application Story # 1 (Important)

Client A contracted with GMK at 52 points.
The expired of the client'visa is in March,2018. So this time was the last chance.
We finally went to apply for 00 Immgration office on 4, January.

A first problem was occured.
The 00 immigration office refused to accept the application because the quota already ended. So they could not accept.
However, that day, GMK had already submitted applications to other immigration office.
Ulsan, Goyang, and Suwon immigration offices accepted our application.
So we said.
"No!! Quota has not closed yet. Today, we submitted applications to other places. Please re check it for us."
And we showed them the proof of application.
The staff checked for a moment what we said then he accepted the application for our client.
So we submitted the application safely.

But there was second problem.
He said that the client had been fined by violation of immgration act in 2011.
So the point would be deducted 5 points. Therefore, the client point woul be total 47points. That means our client could not apply.
We checked the rules carefully.
According to the rule, it was reaveled the violation of immgration act is accepted within only 3 years and general crime is accepted within 10years.

So we said that this is a violation of immigration law and that it was in 2011, so you can not minus it since it has already passed 6 years.
They said they would check the regulations again.
They asked the regulations to the superior authority and told us.
It's true that the within 3 years in the announcement, but it's a typing error and they was instructed to apply it for 10 years
We complained strongly.
there is" three years" in the official announcement, is it a mistake?
GMK says we can not accept.
And we knew that the staff who talked to us could not make his own decisions.
We complained to the highest employee and fought.

"We have prepared as the standards you announced. You are the one made a mistake!

We complained strongly for almost 1 hour.

Finally, the application was accepted sucessfully.

Even if the application was received successfully, 100 applicants would be to choose because over 150people submitted their applications in this quota..
So if someone have to be dropped, a client who has violated the Immigration Act.is more likely to drop.
So GMK called the immigration office after the submitted application to explain what happened in 2011 to avoid misunderstanding.
We really did our best.

And after 25 days we heard that it was changed to E7 and our client finally got ARC.
It was a really tough case. But success is so rewarding.

We are sure that our client feels like walking on a cloud.

What GMK feels when we have visited to many immigration offices is that many immigration officials do not know the regulations exactly than we thought.
If the immigration officer refuses to accept the application by applying the wrong regulations, you must inform and convince him / her of the correct rules.
